Revbalance FIT

Training on an unstable surface can kick any athlete’s core development into gear while also helping to amplify familiar bodyweight exercises. This is the concept behind the FIT system from Revbalance, which includes 3 interchangeable bases to enable a more variable and challenging style of balance training. As more muscle groups are engaged to maintain stability, the athlete gets a more complete low-impact, full body workout.

The Revbalance FIT can be used by anyone, almost anywhere, regardless of size, experience, sport, or discipline. The robust design of the fully adjustable board includes a heavy duty construction with a 450 LB rating; a comfortable Durasoft grip surface for use with or without shoes; and roller stops on the base for better control. Each user can choose their preferred balance board base: the rocker, the air cushion, or the roller. A handy digital guide is also included to plan out your exercises, whether you’re using the FIT for sports training, physical therapy, yoga, or adapted bodyweight training.
