That said, it’s your Ritual: We’ll send you a notification each month a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle. Each batch of our multivitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. The bottle for Essential for Teens (Hers) is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and is made of #1 PET plastic, which is highly recyclable curbside. The caps on our multivitamin bottles are #5 and are made of polypropylene.

My teenage daughter takes these without complaint, which has been the case with other multivitamins. They are full of good quality ingredients and support her active lifestyle at this stage.
The minty flavor is very mild.

A vitamin my daughter will actually take

My daughter (14) hates taking vitamins. We have gone through dozens trying to find one she will take. She loves these and I have zero issue getting her to take them daily. I like knowing she is getting the essentials that her steady diet of goldfish and candy don’t give her.
