An expensive item but worth every penny. Built solid and strong. Will last a lifetime if need be.

I had weakness in my hamstrings, it was hard to progress with the leg curl excerssise, i started using the rogue nordic hamstring floor glute, in less then a month i finaly been able to add new wight on my leg curl , with ou it, i would be stuck with same weight on the leg curl machine, its a must in evry home gym. Thank rogue for making great products

Typical Rouge Construction (the weight should tell you this). I was concerned about the level/"cushiness" of the padding and how my often-in-pain knees would be able to deal with it. I am ecstatic to report that they got the balance right - the only pain I have is from the burn of the exercise itself. I would like to see this have a couple of design changes so that it could be stored standing up, but it cannot. I think I would even take a non-wheeled option if it meant I could store it standing up. I'll probably end up rigging up a system to use the handle to hang up against the wall, but a simple design change could be made to make it both portable and stand-up. FWIW, I purchased this on a total whim. I had reconstructive knee surgery (ACL/Medial Meniscus) a year ago, and I'm trying to preserve/strengthen the knee as much as I can. My PT gave me the green light on Nordic Hamstring Curls, so off I went. Never even tried them at a gym, but dropped the $700 on the Rogue Floor Glute anyway. All of that said, I'm glad I did.

I bought this machine a couple of months ago to help my body recover from the damages I had sustained from my car accident. I felt very humbled because this exercise is a BEAST! The first time I attempted to complete a set I was discouraged because I could not even complete one repetition. I bought a couple sets of resistance bands from Lifeline as a way to progressively overload my body to handle its own weight. I am very proud to announce that I am finally able to complete this exercise with NO BANDS!!! You can too as long as you set yourself up for success by training consistently and progressively overloading the load you can handle. For advanced users, I would recommend purchasing a weighted vest by MIR to increase the intensity and challenge within this beautiful nordic hamstring curl bench crafted by Rogue.

I purchased this 2 months ago for our 20,000sf fitness center. Its well made and solid. I love it but more importantly my members love it.

Help run a high school weightlifting program, on average we see between 30-85 athletes come through our weight room on any given week day. We've always prioritized hamstring strength and range of motion. We had great success with partner banded nordics, we however did run into issues. Kids not being able to hold the feet, cramping in the calves (unable to flex big toe with group of two), and some bad habits of kids breaking at the hips. This machine has fixed the majority of those instances. In terms of athletic performance we are thrilled and looking at funding another one for the weight room. Drawbacks. Assembly is confusing, you will have to take 5 minutes or so to become familiar with the directions before you start. Screw lengths are important, a ruler will save you time, and with the weight being heavier a second set of hands does help, especially if you start with the wheels being assembled first.

This is a "buy it for life" product. I can't emphasize how tank-like this thing is built. I would dare say it's overbuilt for home use, but at least I know it will outlast me. It's pretty much what you'd expect if you have other Rogue products.
