Longtime user here! I used the trimester specific vitamins for my entire pregnancy and have been using the mom support vitamins for the 8 months postpartum so far. I will say to double check the amount of IU that you need. You should be taking with your doctor because some of the pills in the pack aren’t enough and the mom support surprisingly does not contain calcium, which you definitely need. I also take more iron and vitamin D. I have no idea if the pills are to thank but I will say that I had a very healthy baby and I myself am not dealing with postpartum depression and did not lose my hair. No evidence here that the vitamins did all that but I have to wonder if they helped in a lot of ways!!! Totally worth the few months of wanting to throw these up in first trimester 😂

I’ve been using this for 3 months postpartum (and all the Perelel products prior since the “trying” stage). My energy is up, I don’t feel stressed, and I feel I’m getting the proper nutrients. My doctor father in law reviewed the ingredients and approved but also recommended I take a calcium supplement since there is no calcium in this.

I started using Perelel’s conception support pack after 5 months of trying for our second child. After the first month I got pregnant and continued to use their Prenatal packs throughout my pregnancy. I’ve been taking the Mom multi support pack now for over a year and I’m so grateful. It’s nice having a vitamin routine that I know is made for the stage of life I’m in. It’s too easy to get lost in the vitamin aisle not knowing if you’re taking the right thing, let alone if it’s a reputable product or not. I’ve been very happy with all their products so far and look forward to trying more.
