Why choose the FB-5000 Competition Flat Bench?

How do I ensure that my back pad is level?
We recommend holding the bench down on one side, loosening the bolts on that side, and tightening until the bench pad is level and secure.

What is the best way to clean a CleanGrip® bench pad?
A mild dish detergent and water are the best cleaning agents for poly-vinyl pads. Use a sponge or clean cloth and soapy water to wipe to remove dirt and sweat from the vinyl. The CleanGrip® material is grippy enough to shred a paper towel, so use cloth instead.

What is the new CleanGrip® material on my bench pad?
The new REP CleanGrip® pads feature several improvements over our existing standard vinyl pads. The pad is now grippier than standard vinyl. It is comfortable yet firm and extra durable, with reinforced edges so the material stays taut. Read all about CleanGrip® material here.
