Unboxing Your Helix

Unpack

Open the lid and place the box on its side. Pull to unpack.

Unroll

Once out of the box, pull on the plastic tab to unroll your mattress from the rest of the packaging.

Unwrap

Place on your sleeping surface and using scissors, cut carefully to unwrap the final layer of plastic.

Unwind

It will need approximately 2 hours to unwind and fully expand. And then, it’ll be your turn.

Mattress Sizing

All Helix Core Collection mattresses are 11.5" tall and the upgraded Helix Luxe models are 13.5" in height. Helix Elite mattresses are 15" tall.
